2007年2月27日，香港藝術發展局假香港大會堂舉行「香港藝術發展獎」頒獎典禮。
江啟明老師於藝術界工作和創作了大半世紀，這次獲得的「藝術成就獎」證明了江老師的藝術成就。
The Hong Kong Arts Development Awards 2007, organized by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC), presented at the Hong Kong City Hall on 27th Feb 2008.
This Year, the Award for Arts Achievement goes to Stone Master Kong Kai Ming for appraising his contribution for art.
