Born in Jinzhou of Liaoning Province; graduated from the Art Dept of Jinzhou Training School and Liaoning Educational College; now a member of Liaoning Artist's Association, special painter of Jinzhou Academy of paintings. Took part in exhibitions national and international many times, and China Art Expos. Hu was rewarded of the Merit Award in Liaoning Artwork’s Exhibition in 2004. His works received recognitions all over the world. Besides, in 1997, he was awarded a Sliver Medal in The Second Chinese Oil Painting Exhibition of Still Life.
